Alma's Shrimp Ceviche
This recipe was given
to me by a friend. Over time I have added different vegetables and finally
found that this is the best tasting Shrimp Ceviche I’ve ever had. Hope you
enjoy this sweet and sour appetizer in the summer.
Ingredients
3 medium Limes
4 small Lemons
3/4 cup Radishes
1½ cups Cucumber
1 cup Green Onion
3½ cups Tomatoes
1/4 cup Jalapenos
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 medium Avocado
1 small Can of V8 original vegetable juice
½ cup Ketchup
1 lb. Shrimp Meat
1 bag Tortilla chips or tostadas

1 small Can of V8 original vegetable juice
½ cup Ketchup
1 lb. Shrimp Meat
1 bag Tortilla chips or tostadas
Instructions
1. Wash shrimp meat with cold water and place in large bowl.
2. Cut up crab meat and place in same bowl.
3. Squeeze limes and lemons. Then pour juice over shrimp meat and crab meat and mix.
4. Dice tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, green onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and avocado. Put diced ingredients in the large bowl as you finish dicing.
5. Mix in can of V8 juice and ketchup. Mix everything together and you’re done.
6. Grab yourself a bowl and enjoy with chips or tostada.
Helpful Tip: Refrigerate leftovers.
