Crock Pot Rigatoni

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage 3 cups rigatoni 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 small onion 24 oz pizza sauce 1 (3 1/2 oz) package pepperoni slices |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook sausage until it is no longer pink: drain. 2. Cook pasta; drain. 3. In a 5 quart slow cooker, layer the sausage, pasta, cheese, onion, pizza sauce, and pepperoni. Repeat layers. 4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hrs. |
This is family favorite. It is great for a weeknight dinner, a quick fix and easy clean up. As a mother of four these crock pot meals are wonderful.
Hint: Mix pasta and sauce before layering.
