This is one of my family's favorite spur of the moment treats. It is so simple and quick to make that I make it late at night for a midnight snack.
*The GF flour mixture that is mentioned is equal parts White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, and Tapioca Starch

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium size bowl combine flour mixture, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
3. In a 3-quart sauce pan melt the butter on low heat. Take off of heat and stir in sugar. Stir eggs into butter mixture until well blended and add vanilla.
4. Add the flour mixture to the saucepan until blended.
5. Grease 9-inch square pan; spread batter evenly into greased pan.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean. Cool on wire rack in pan.
7. After cooled, cut into 4 even strips. Then, cut each strip into 4 pieces. Yields 16 brownies.
